Mahesh
Kanumury – Chairman
Mahesh has over 16 years experience in management
consulting and venture capital financing. Mahesh is a former
General Partner at Gabriel Venture Partners. At Gabriel Mahesh
was focused on business to business e-commerce, enterprise
software, and network management. Mahesh brings a breadth
of management consulting and technical management experience
in Internet, information technology and communications. Prior
to Gabriel Mahesh was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey &
Company. At Mckinsey he focused on serving high technology
clients where he had substantial impact by addressing a variety
of strategic and operational issues. During his five years
with McKinsey, he has led teams in developing a global strategy
for a major computer firm focusing in e-commerce services
and helped them create a new $1 billion business. Prior to
McKinsey, Mahesh led a team of software engineers at Schlumberger.
Mahesh received his B.S. in Engineering from Indian Institute
of Technology, a M.S. in Engineering from Purdue University
and a M.B.A at Harvard University

Manish
Balsara - Co-CEO
Manish has 15 years of deep technical and
business expertise in complete product life-cycle from ground-up.
At Phulaxis he oversees, product architecture and engineering.
Prior to Phulaxis, Manish was managing the Professional Services
at Apexon managing over a 1mn dollar product rollouts to Fortune
500 companies.
Before that, he was working as an independent architect helping
companies such as, SAP Markets, Jamcracker, Interwoven architect
Trading Partner Management and B2B content management products.
During that time, he had also built a Web Service Stack for
B2B integration. Before Apexon, he was a Chief Architect at
Della.com,
which was funded by Kleiner Perkins, where he was responsible
for designing the general public Internet Website and extranet
application for retailers. At Advent Software he was managing
a team of developers for multiple products including, Portfolio
and Trade Order Management. He has also worked in research
centers building compilers and virtual machines for Case Management
tools.
Manish has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and B.Tech. in Computer
Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Pavan Batchu
- Co-CEO
Pavan has over 11 years experience in enterprise
software product management, functional architecture, sales
and marketing. At Phulaxis Pavan manages the Product Management,
Sales, and Marketing efforts. Prior to Phulaxis, Pavan managed
product strategy, functional architecture, and go to market
efforts for various product lines at Oracle and Genzlinger
Associates. At Oracle he delivered different products for
Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Transportation Management,
and Contracts product lines.
Pavan has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley, an M.S. (Mfg. Mgmt) from
University of Toledo, Ohio and a B.E. from Marathwada University,
India.
